### Project Title
Proposal to develop Automated response system.
**Purpose**\

To automatically send information and links to visitors who fill out the forms found on the website regarding Wise Nxt project and how to get plaged in.
1. **Project Objectives:**\
Develop automated response to visitors who fill out web form;
* Determine the information to be included in the auto response
* Define links to pages that will be included in the auto response.
* Determine how the system will be intergrated within the websites\

**Key Milestones:**
1. **Requirement Gathering Session**
* Meeting with stake holders to gather requirements.
2. **First Draft and review**
* Draft the first text based on the requirements collected and review with stakeholders for updateds and correction.
3. **Final Draft review and submision for Automation**
* Final review of the autoresponse message and submit to be implimentated on the web.
4. **Testing & Feedback Loop**
* Auto response system tests and gathering feedback from key stakeholders.
