Project Pulse Procedure:** --- **Step 1: Proposal Submission** * **Method:**\ Proposals will be submitted through **Odoo** or **Wiki** as the platform. * **Deadline:**\ A deadline will be set for all participants to submit their proposals. --- **Step 2: Pre-Qualification (Voting and Pre-Selection)** * **Pre-Selection:**\ The **project manager** will check qualifications and shortlist the top 5 proposals. * **Voting: Done on Polls**\ A pre-selection voting round will be conducted within the community to gauge interest in the proposals. * **Criteria:** Proposals will be judged on feasibility, budget alignment, and alignment with CNM Cyber’s mission. --- **Step 3: Presentation to the Community Board** * **Presentation Format:**\ During the Community Board meeting, the top 5 proposals will be presented by the applicants. * Each proposal will have a **4-minute presentation** followed by a **Q&A session**. * **Comments:**\ Community members will be allowed to comment on the proposals, fostering engagement and discussion.
