Project Execution and Progress Tracking * The selected student/contractor will need a platform within Odoo to: * Report progress on the project * Ask questions and schedule meetings to collect requirements * Document project requirements and specifications ### 4. Project Submission and Approval * Upon project completion, the student/contractor will submit the deliverables for approval * A board member or manager will review the submitted work * The project will either be: * Approved for payment * Marked as requiring correction or update * If corrections are needed, the manager/board will provide specific feedback ### 5. Payment Processing * If the project is approved for payment, a notification will be sent to the account manager * The account manager will initiate the payment process within Odoo * Payments will be made according to the approved budget for the project
